Don’t miss the upcoming Arrhythmia Alliance coffee morning, organised in collaboration with AFFIRMO, offering patients, caregivers and families the opportunity to connect in a supportive and informative environment.

The sessions:

Organised by AFFIRMO partner Arrhythmia Alliance, these virtual meetings, which are held monthly throughout the year, offer an opportunity for patients, caregivers, and family members to come together and share their experiences. They offer reassurance and guidance not only to individuals but also to their families, creating a supportive environment for open discussion. Participants can receive helpful advice and reliable information, while also gaining a better understanding of their condition and feeling more confident throughout their patient journey.

The coffee morning:

The online session will take place on 14 May 2026 and will feature Professor Gregory Lip, one of the leading researchers involved in AFFIRMO project, who will speak about atrial fibrillation (AF) and anticoagulation therapy. Professor Lip is Price-Evans Chair of Cardiovascular Medicine and Director of the Liverpool Centre for Cardiovascular Science at the University of Liverpool, a key partner in the project consortium.
